It is important to provide a detailed explanation of the issue and attach a picture of the faulty or defective product to support the request.

 

  1. Once a customer's request for a return or refund has been approved, the next step involves couriering the faulty or defective product to our designated agent's address. The specific address will be provided to the customer via email once the return request has been approved.

 

  1. Please note that in the case of a return or refund, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. This means that the customer will need to bear the expenses related to shipping the item back to us or our designated agent's address.

 

  1. When a refund is issued, the customer's money will be directly refunded to the original debit/credit card that was used for the purchase. This refund will be processed once we safely receive the returned product from the customer.

 

B. No responsibility for Courier Company 

    1. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for: 
      • Delays caused by the courier or shipping company: Once the package leaves our premises, any delays in delivery caused by the courier or shipping company are beyond our control.       • Lost or damaged products in the mail: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your products, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Once our agent ships the package, the responsibility shifts to the courier or shipping company. We recommend contacting the courier or shipping company to file a claim or seek resolution in such cases.
      • Products marked as delivered by the Post Office: If the Post Office marks a package as delivered but you have not received it, we advise you to directly contact your local Post Office for assistance. They should be able to provide you with relevant information and help resolve any issues related to the delivery status of your package.
    1. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, we kindly ask you to reach out to the courier company directly before contacting us. Please note that it may take 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show updates. In rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but rest assured that you should still receive your order as expected.If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, we recommend contacting us for further assistance. We will be happy to investigate the matter and provide the necessary support.
    2. We understand that situations may arise where the tracking information confirms delivery to your designated address, but you have not received your order. ( From our experience,in most of the cases,packages shipped to US ,Canada,Europe & Australia don't require any additional fees.)
